Firsts on the 1st

The sky looks so wonderful tonight that I had to take a picture!

In a city it's harder to gt such wonderful glimpeses of the sky, if you've read my blog for a while you may remember lots of sunset pictures from home that are much easier to capture and much more frequent.

In the spirit of the 1st of November I went to yoga today for the first time ever!

I resembled a toddler rolling around getting to grips with which way is up and which way is down, but it was incredibly relaxing, and even now my muscles are burning- similar to that beautiful sunset burning.
