My Pesto is the Besto

What do you get when you blend together:
1 handfuls of basil leaves (Stems removed)
A glug of olive oil
Palmful of pine nuts
1/2 mug of water
Clove of garlic


Blend until smooth and creamy!
Pour over warm pasta and enjoy!

I paired it with a flat mushroom topped with sun dried tomatoes and a slice of cheese and baked in the oven for five minutes!

I never thought I'd turn my back on the beautiful green jarred pesto  that I love so dearly but now I honestly have.
