Here's how the Tomato soup went down:
1. Took 4 vine tomatoes, gave them a wash and put them in the blender, along with half an avocado, teaspoon of onion powder, a clove of garlic and half a mug of water.
2. Blend til smooth
3. Eat
Yippee that really is all there is to it, and I have to say it tastes nothing like tomato soup from a can, it still has the creaminess from the avocado and i used a huge clove of garlic which I love and made it super fresh tasting. It was really like a summer soup so it's lucky the weather is warm.
